Suggested fabrics:

Primary fabric: Use medium-weight, woven fabric with or without stretch. If using a woven with stretch, use one with a maximum of 12% stretch. Woollen, embroidered fabrics, suiting, crepe, jacquard, brocade, shantung, flannel and gabardine are good choices.

Contrast fabric: Use medium-weight, woven fabric with no stretch. You can use the same fabric as the primary fabric. Woollen, embroidered fabrics, suiting, crepe, jacquard, brocade, shantung, flannel and gabardine are good choices.

Lining: Use lightweight fabric. Charmeuse, China silk and lining fabrics are good choices.

Fabric requirements: 54" (135 cm) wide fabric: Primary fabric: 1 1/2 - 2 1/8 yd (140 - 200 cm) // Contrast fabric: 5/8 - 3/4 yd (60 - 70 cm) // Lining: 1 3/8 - 1 1/2 yd (120 - 140 cm).

Sizing: US 00 – 20 (approx. UK 8 – 22). Please check the designer's size chart and finished garment measurements.

A note from the designer about bust cup options: To determine your cup size, subtract the circumference of your over bust from the circumference of the fullest part of your bust. If the rounded difference is 1" (2.5 cm), use A cup; 2" (5 cm), use B cup; 3" (7.5 cm), use C cup; 4" (10 cm), use D cup; 5" (12.5 cm), use DD cup.

Notions: Medium-weight fusible woven or weft insertion interfacing; one 21" (54 cm) or longer metal separating zipper; two 5 1/2" (14 cm) closed bottom zippers for the pockets; 11" (28 cm) of temporary/wash-away basting tape (optional); one set of zipper top stops (optional).

PDF pattern includes: Step-by-step illustrated instructions; US letter/A4 print-at-home pattern (72 pages, but you only need to print the pages for your cup size); A0 copy shop pattern (6 sheets, but you only need to print the sheets for your cup size) // Layers: Yes // Projector file: No.
