Buy the 119 Unisex Sarouelles sewing pattern from Folkwear. This pattern includes three comfortable and timeless trouser designs from Turkey, Africa, and India with an elastic or drawstring waist and ankle variations. The Turkish Pants (View A) are full and flowing, gathered at the waist with a drawstring and at the ankles with elastic.
The African Sarouelles (View B), sized for men and women, have a simple drawstring waist with legs that taper to the ankle. Inseam gussets allow for freedom of movement. These comfortable pants are quick and easy to sew.
