Buy the Paola Sweater sewing pattern from Fibre Mood. Is it a hoodie or not? That’s up to you! Paola looks great with or without a hood and is just the ticket with or without a kangaroo pocket. Either way, you’re the boss. You could also make the sleeves three-quarter length or longer. Or maybe you're already tempted to sew a pair of Paolas in one go! One thing's for sure, though – the stretch trim fabric makes for a supremely comfortable fit and keeps your head snug and warm.

Suggested fabrics: Knitted fabrics such as French terry, sweatshirt fabric, thin or even chunky-knit fabric, ponte Roma. Make the wrist trim, hood trim, and hem band in (rib) trim fabric. Fancy pushing the envelope? Make Paola in teddy or scuba and steal the show!

Hoodless version: 110 cm wide fabric: 170 - 255 cm // 140 cm wide fabric: 115 - 205 cm.

Hoodie version: 110 cm wide fabric: 210 - 275 cm // 140 cm wide fabric: 160 - 205 cm.

Rib trim fabric: 35 cm wide: Hoodless version, 40 - 55 cm // Hoodie version, 75 cm.

Sizing: XS – XXXL (approx. UK 6 – 28/30, based on our standardised size chart). Please also check the designer’s size chart and pattern measurements.

Notions: Thread // Hoodless version only: bias tape, folded width 2 cm, 60 - 65 cm.

PDF pattern includes: Step-by-step illustrated instructions; A4/US letter print-at-home pattern (34 pages); A0 copy shop pattern (2 sheets); projector pattern.

Note: Seam allowances are included in this pattern. The copy shop file we print for you shows the cutting lines only (not cutting lines and stitching lines) to make it easier to know what size to cut out.
