Buy the Sable Camisole and Dress sewing pattern from Camimade. Sable is a minimalist camisole and dress. With its soft squared neckline at the front and back, it looks feminine, modern, and even romantic (especially View B). The camisole version is slightly cropped, and the dress version falls just below the knee. The pattern offers two options to cinch the waist: with a channel (View B) or with a belt (View C).

Satisfying make for a cute summer top!

This is a lovely little pattern with clear instructions and comes together really nicely and is a fairly quick sew. I made the size based on my full bust as the instructions suggests that would be fine, however I think the fit would have been better if I went one size down and added a small FBA as I find the straps are sitting slightly too wide on my shoulders. I used a double gauze fabric and opted for the channel version instead of the loose belt. I changed it slightly here as I don't like adjusting gathers made by belts each time you put a garment on so I sewed 5mm elastic direct onto the top then but the channel and a faux belt over that. I'm happy with that but would make my elastic a bit tighter next time.
I am going to make the dress version next with a small amount taken out the centre front and back to bring the straps in slightly- there is enough ease for me to do this.
Great instructions for the all in one facing- such a nice finish!
