Buy the Lotte Blouse sewing pattern from Anna Allen. The Lotte Blouse is an off-the-shoulder top that can be easily sewn up in an afternoon by a beginner/intermediate sewer. It has a ruffled elasticated neckline and three-quarter length sleeves. Although this is a fairly basic design, there are so many creative ways you could make this blouse unique. Add several inches to the sleeve length for long sleeves during cooler months, or cut them shorter for puffy sleeves in the summertime. You could lengthen the hem and instantly transform this blouse into a dress or a tunic. The possibilities really are endless!
