Buy the S9609 Swimsuits sewing pattern from Simplicity. It’s perfect for an advanced beginner/intermediate dressmaker. Swimsuits have deep V or scoop neckline with cutout and band details, waistline seam, contrast full-coverage bottom, and elastic foldover banding for a sexy but sporty look. Pattern includes sizes XS – 4X and cup sizes A – H, for a truly custom fit.

Suggested fabrics: Stretch knit only such as four way stretch fabrics, Swimwear fabrics. Lining: Stretch mesh, Power net, Swimwear lining fabric.

Note: Extra fabric maybe needed to match plaids, stripes, one-way design fabrics or shrinkage.

Sizing: A (XS-S-M-L-XL-2XL-3XL-4XL. which is approx. UK sizes A (6 – 26), based on our standardised size chart. Please also check the designer’s size chart and finished garment measurements.

Notions: Thread. Fold over elastic 3/8″ to 1/2″ (1cm – 1.3cm) wide: 5 1/4 yds. (4.8m) for A, 6 7/8 yds. (6.3m) for B. Also for B: One 1 1/22 to 1 3/4″ (3.8cm to 4.5cm) wide barrel closure.
