Buy the Baby/Child Nuage Mini Balloon Sleeve Shirt sewing pattern from Camimade. Nuage Mini is a simple cut t-shirt with balloon sleeves for babies and toddlers. The pattern includes two sleeve lengths, short and long. Nuage Mini is completely adapted for babies with a shoulder that opens with snap fasteners for baby’s head. Very quick to sew, and rather cute, you will want to sew one for every age!

Suggested fabrics: Light to medium weight knit fabric like cotton jersey, with 30 – 50% elasticity (10 cm of fabric extends to 13 – 15 cm when stretched). Choose a fabric with good recovery (recovers its initial shape after being stretched).

Fabric requirements: 

150 cm (60″) wide fabric: 50 cm (1/2 yd).

115 cm (45″) wide fabric: 3 – 9 months, 50 cm (1/2 yd) // 12 – 36 months, 65 cm (3/4 yd).

Sizing: 3 – 36 months. Please check the designer’s size chart and finished garment measurements.

Notions: A jersey twin needle and a jersey needle; interfacing to reinforce the shoulders; woven bias tape for the inner neckline finish, approx. 15-20 cm x 2.5 cm (6″-8″ x 1″); 2 snap fasteners // For the long sleeve version only: transparent elastic tape, 6 mm (1/4″) wide.

This pattern was designed to be sewn with an overlocker, but it can also be sewn with a regular sewing machine.
