Buy the Kauai Top sewing pattern from Itch to Stitch. The Kauai Top is a relaxed, flowy top that keeps you cool in the heat of summer. It features a round neckline finished with bias binding, button front bib, centre front pleat, and shirttail hem. You can choose to add ruffles to the sleeveless armholes, and the pattern includes A, B, C, D and DD cup sizes for a great fit.

Suggested fabrics: Use lightweight, flowy woven fabric. Batiste, rayon challis, lightweight chambray and lightweight linen are great choices.

Fabric requirements: 54″ (135 cm) wide fabric: 1 3/8 – 1 7/8 yd (130 – 170 cm).

Sizing: 00 – 20 (approx. UK 8 – 22). Please check the designer’s size chart and finished garment measurements.

A note from the designer about bust cup options: To determine your cup size, subtract the circumference of your over bust from the circumference of the fullest part of your bust. If the rounded difference is 1″ (2.5 cm), use A cup; 2″ (5 cm), use B cup; 3″ (7.5 cm), use C cup; 4″ (10 cm), use D cup; 5″ (12.5 cm), use DD cup.

Notions: Lightweight fusible woven weft insertion or tricot interfacing; six 3/8″ (1 cm) buttons.
