Buy the Juliette Dress sewing pattern from Silversaga Patterns. Juliette is a romantic peasant dress with long bishop sleeves and a maxi skirt with hidden pockets. The neckline has an elastic channel so the dress can be worn on or off the shoulder for different looks. The voluminous sleeves, with gathers at the sleeve head, are gathered into elastic cuffs. Pleats at the waist create controlled volume over the bodice and skirt. The waistline sits slightly above the natural waist and has a stitched down tie belt. The centre front button placket closes with 18 buttons.

Note if purchasing copy shop printing: Some of the pattern pieces have been split (to fit on the A0 sheets) and will need to be joined together.

Suggested fabrics: Choose a lightweight woven fabric with structure such as cotton, cotton lawn, linen, linen/viscose blend, linen/cotton blend, cotton/viscose blend.

Fabric requirements: 130 cm (51″) wide fabric: 4.45 – 5.65 m (4.9 – 6.2 yd).

Sizing: EU 34 – 50 (approx. UK 6/8 – 22, based on our standardised size chart). Please also check the designer’s size chart and finished garment measurements.

This pattern is designed for a height of 165 cm (5’5″) and a B cup.

Notions: Elastic, 7 mm wide; 18 buttons, 13 mm diameter; ready-made single fold bias tape, 1 cm finished width (or make your own) // Optional: interfacing for the button placket and pocket openings.
