The blouse’s fitted cut has princess seams with ruffles on both sides of the bodice front, extending over the shoulders and around the back. Paulette has an elegant standing collar and a proper shirt cuff.

Suggested fabrics: Paulette looks lovely in fabrics with a fluid drape as well as structured fabrics. The ruffles will drape gracefully around the shoulders in a fabric with a fluid drape such as woven viscose. As a result, there won’t be too much volume around the shoulders. A structured fabric will give the ruffle more of a ‘winged’ effect, i.e. extra volume. The designer recommends chambray, Tencel, poplin, viscose (woven), baby rib corduroy, and eyelet lace.

Fabric requirements: 110 cm wide fabric: 165 – 240 cm // 140 cm wide fabric: 140 – 195 cm.

Sizing: EU 32 – 58 / US 0 – 26 / UK 4 – 30 (approx. UK 6 – 26/28, based on our standardised size chart). Please also check the designer’s size chart and finished garment measurements.

Notions: Thread; iron-on interfacing, max. 45 cm; 11 buttons, 1.5 cm diameter.
