Buy The Overlap Shirt, Dress and Jacket sewing pattern from Dhurata Davies Patterns. The Overlap is a perfect layering garment and suitable for most days and occasions, depending on your woven fabric of choice. It is a simple, unlined but well finished piece, which can be worn layered as an outer garment, on its own as a shirt or dress and even as a luxurious robe. The hem falls at hip level on view A and just above the knee on view B. Both these lengths are easily adjustable to suit your taste. It can be made with a belt and belt loops, patch pockets or both. The pattern features detailed instructions for high-end seam finishing techniques.
