Buy the Jodie Shirt sewing pattern from Sew Over It. With slightly utilitarian details, it’s a classic piece that’s easy to mix and match with so many different garments. Jodie features a revere collar with a partial collar stand, elbow-length cuffed sleeves, a split hem detail, a back yoke, and chest patch pockets with flaps to keep your essentials handy.

Designed with linen in mind, the Jodie Shirt can also be made in a lightweight cotton – choose a bold print for impact. Cotton and linen are easy to work with so you can enjoy the shirt construction without being overly challenged by the fabric. If you haven’t made a shirt before, this is a perfect pattern to try as it has a simple collar construction and no fiddly cuff openings to deal with! Its loose shape also makes it easy to fit and cool to wear.

Jodie looks great tucked into your mum jeans, loose over a pair of slim trousers, or worn as an on-trend shacket, unbuttoned over vests, t-shirts and dresses.
