Buy the Cleo Dress sewing pattern from Fibre Mood. Do you love short skirts? How about swishy skirts? Hello Cleo, your new best friend! The bodice with lantern sleeves gives lovely volume to the top of your figure, and the effect is further accentuated by the waist tie. Topstitched princess seams and a button placket at the back complete the design.

Suggested fabrics: Make Cleo in a medium to heavyweight woven fabric. Denim, cotton twill, poplin, chambray, (baby wale) corduroy, leather(ette), and woven jacquard are good options. This pattern is not suitable for knit fabrics.

Fabric requirements: 

Dress: 110 cm wide fabric: 305 – 420 cm // 140 cm wide fabric: 245 – 315 cm.

Top: 110 cm wide fabric: 155 – 195 cm // 140 cm wide fabric: 115 – 165 cm.

Note: To make a top, you will need to lengthen pattern pieces 1, 2, 3 and 4 and shorten pattern piece 10.

Sizing: XS – XXXL (approx. UK 6 – 28/30, based on our standardised size chart). Please also check the designer’s size chart and pattern measurements.

Notions: Thread; iron-on interfacing, max. 90 cm; two 4 cm D-rings; jeans buttons, 1.7 cm diameter, 6 for XS-XL or 7 for XXL-XXXL.
