Notions: Thread. One  pkg. of 1/2" (1.3cm) wide double fold bias tape or 1 1/4 yds. (1.2m) of 3/8" (1.0cm) wide ribbon or twill tape. Elastic: 1/2 yd. (0.5m) of 1/8" (3mm) to 1/4" (6mm) wide for ear loops or 3/4 yd. (0.7m) of 1/4" (6mm) to 3/8" (1.0cm) wide for around the head.
