Buy the Baby/Child/Teen David Raincoat sewing pattern from Bobbins and Buttons. This unisex zip-front raincoat features bound edges, raglan sleeves and a panelled hood. Choose curved bound pockets or big boxy pockets with flaps.

Note: The David Raincoat is unlined. To make a lined version, as seen in some of the product images, you will need the lining extension pack (sold separately).

Suggested fabrics: Laminated cotton, polyurethane and coated cotton. While this pattern is designed to be made in rainproof fabric, you could also make this style as a lightweight summer coat in fabrics like cotton drill and denim.

Fabric requirements: 150 cm (60") wide fabric: 1.1 - 1.7 m (1.2 - 1.85 yd) // 135 cm (53") wide fabric: 1.4 - 1.9 m (1.5 - 2 yd).

Sizing: 12 months – 14 years. Please check the size chart and finished garment measurements.

Notions: Wonderclips; masking tape; open-end chunky zipper; bias binding, 1.5 - 2 cm wide.
