Two finishing options are possible: a smocked collar and cuffs, or a collar stand with flounces. Choose short sleeves or long sleeves with the same finish as on the collar. This slightly fitted blouse has no bust darts for a contemporary look. The patch pockets on the chest provide a lovely contrast to the classical style.

I really love this blouse! It has great details that give it a chic sophisticated twist, but are actually pretty easy to sew. The pattern shows two ways to make the ruffles, which is very helpful. The website also has sewing videos (in French) in case the instructions aren't clear. I love this blouse so much and will definitely make a spring version with short sleeves too!
