The Maker's Atelier Wrap Dress

Buy the Wrap Dress sewing pattern from The Maker’s Atelier. The perfect jersey wrap dress in two versions – wrapped and tied, or with a fixed crossover front. The crossover is cut high to avoid gaping at the cleavage. The sleeves are designed to be fashionably overlong, but look just as good worn at the wrist. This style works equally well as a top.

Note: To create a wrap top, simply fold back the front and back pattern pieces at the length you wish your top to be, remembering to add a hem allowance.

Note if purchasing copy shop printing: Some of the pattern pieces have been split (to fit on the A0 sheets) and will need to be joined together.

Suggested fabrics: Fluid single jersey fabrics with lycra/elastane content. Viscose, polyester or silk mixes with plenty of drape.

Fabric requirements: 120 cm wide fabric: 3 - 3.5 m // 150 cm wide fabric: 2.4 - 2.8 m.
