Buy the Perfect Period Panties sewing pattern from Sophie Hines. The Perfect Period Panties are low to mid rise, full coverage period undies. Create your perfect gusset by combining front and back lengths according to your desired coverage, then choose your favourite rise and waistband for a totally custom period pattern. The garment can be entirely constructed with a sewing machine (serger/overlocker optional).

Suggested fabrics: Knit fabrics with 50-75% stretch, preferably with spandex content. Blends of bamboo, rayon, cotton, lycra, silk, nylon + tencel are appropriate. 100% cotton tends to stretch out quickly.

Fabric requirements: Jersey, 1/2 yd (0.5 m) + Wicking jersey, 1/3 yd (0.3 m) + Absorbent material, 1/3 yd (0.3 m) + Leak proof material, 1/3 yd (0.3 m).
