Zooey Bikini

I really like the style of this bikini, it’s retro-inspired and super cute. I’m a big fan of the contrasting colors in this pattern, and love the look in general.

The Zooey Bikini Top was pretty easy to make, though I do have a bit of lingerie-sewing experience. I like how it came together and how it fits. I added foam cups for modesty’s sake. I also added elastic to the straps for extra stability and support.

This is a good pattern. I imagine I might use it again since it’s so much fun not worrying about someone else at the pool having the same suit as me. Also, there are so many ways to play around with this and customize. Now maybe I’ll be a little less pale this summer! 🙂
