I made this using some leftover fabric I had. There are only two pattern pieces — the bow in the front is part of the front sides. I sewed a size 42 which I think was fine for me, although this probably would have been better if there was a bit more drape in the fabric. The front doesn’t connect except at the bow, so it’s open under it over the tummy. The instructions call for the shirt to be fully lined, which would make the construction much simpler, but I didn’t have enough fabric so instead I pieced together facing for the entire front/neck opening, which worked out okay, but I’ll have to go back and tack it down by hand in a couple places. The instructions were in French but straightforward to translate. The most irritating thing about the pattern is that it doesn’t include seam allowances, so I had to add that before cutting.
