Buy the No. 16 Sevilla Dress and Skirt sewing pattern from How to Do Fashion. This beautiful dress is inspired by the 1930s Spanish señorita. With its narrow skirt ending in a full flounce, keyhole neckline and bias-cut top, the Sevilla Dress is feminine and elegant. This pattern also includes a skirt version.

Version 1 is a dress with an empire cut. The bodice is cut on the bias and has a keyhole neckline. The bottom has a mermaid shape.

Version 2 is a skirt with high waist and mermaid shape.
