1920s Hazel’s Frock
Decades of Style
This vintage pattern from the 1920s is simplicity and sophistication combined to perfection. It is a straight sheath dress with deep French darts and contrast, bias draped fabric trim at the back neck and hip.
Pull over dress has option of long sleeves with cuff closure. Dress can be made from any dress weight fabric: crepe-de-chine, crepe satin, velvet, brocade, poplin, sateen, voile, dotted swiss, lightweight woolens, taffeta, chambray.
Trimming fabric should be something soft with a nice drape: chiffon, charmuese, rayon, georgette, lace. The wrong side of the trimming pieces could show so take this into account.
