Willow Tank Dress

My pledge for Me Made May is to finish the many UFOs I cut a while ago and never got around to finishing.
This is a hack of a Derek Lam top that I fell in love with last year and decided to make because I already had the same eyelet in my stash.
I used the Grainline Studio Willow tank on top and redrafted the bottom of the Archer also from Grainline.
The two tops are joined at the neckline and armholes with bias tape.
