Vielle Top – Jennifer Lauren Handmade

I fell in love with the little knot detail on the neckline of this top when I first saw the pattern; it turns an otherwise plain top into something super cute!  I used a Liberty viscose jersey for mine which was lovely and soft and drapey.  I cut at size 16 graded to 14 at the waist and sewed it up mostly on my overlocker.  It’s a very quick make, just over a hour in total (not including cutting out).  If you’re having trouble getting the perfect knot there’s a great little video on the Jennifer Lauren Handmade website – I then also invisibly tacked down the ends of the bow.
