Vesper Dress

I made this in a lycra jersey XL size. I needed no alterations to the pattern as the style and the nature of the fabric used make this a very easy fitting and figure forgiving style.
The PDF pattern did have a couple of discrepancies in the line matchups but I was able to fudge these easily to ensure my pattern lines matched up . (This could have been an issue with my old printer and the way it feeds the paper)
The finished garment looked very much like the designer’s illustration and was very easy and quick to make. The instructions were easy to follow with excellent illustrations particularly in relation to the strap crossover and back section. It is a very cool dress for our tropical summers, easy care and great to pack for travel. Would highly recommend this style and pattern – difficulty level – confident beginner who is able to follow instructions and has made a couple of stretch jersey items previously.
