Super chic jumpsuit

I was really sceptical at first, as the Sirocco has no fastenings. This means the waistband needs to be able to get over your hips while also keeping its shape on the waist. Deer and Doe recommend fabrics with at least 60% stretch for that very reason and it is really important. I would also highly recommend using an overlocker to construct the waistband, otherwise you will end up with popped stitches as you take it on and off.
I also found I needed to take off 7.5 inches from the hem as it was far too long.
I absolutely love the style of the Sirocco and will definitely make more – maybe floral jersey short version for the summer.
