Sometimes when you don’t want to go to a party it turns out to be a great night. I felt a bit meh about this pattern, but I needed something for my hols next week. I matched the measurement for a size 14 C/D and muslined view A with a plain back in an old sheet and it looked great, except the back was a bit baggy, so I thought I would do view B (without a muslin – how much different can it be!). The princess seams take in the back nicely and add more shape, but seem to restrict the front width. Bit horrified when I saw the photo (the camera never lies hey?) I could have done to sew a size 16, or maybe a 14D/E (which I did successfully in a Cashmerette Concord) Fortunately it didn’t take long to put together. I’ll try another size tomorrow!
Easy to put together, clear instructions, just need to find the right size!
