McCall’s M7909 Make and Self-drafted Skirt

This is how @katiekortmanart fabric makes me feel! Took my shoes off and walked on the NYC sidewalk! I have SOOOOO much to say about this make I had to write a long BLOG post about it! This make started out as M7909 and if you will notice, the top is just that but there is no jumpsuit!!! BLOG post below!
