Sophisticated and Comfortable

This is a fabulous pattern to make and to wear.  The way the pockets are constructed is interesting but well explained and there is a nice technique for creating and finishing the elastic casing in the back which is also quite simple.  The combination of the high flat front and the stretchy back means a super comfortable fit while still looking put-together, it also means the fit around the waist is a bit forgiving.  I loved the way my pants turned out and I’m keen to make the wide legs again and also to try the tapered and short versions!
