Sequence dress

I finished my Sequence dress and it’s perfect for the warmer weather. It was a quick sew as it has no fastenings other than ties and a hidden button. Also not really any fitting involved as there are no darts, etc, and you adjust the fit by how you tie the dress.

I altered the dress by adding about 14″ to the length and I also squared off the bottom wrap to give more coverage on a windy day ? And I did my usual 2cm narrow shoulder adjustment.

Fabric is a linen rayon blend from Fabricdrop – it is a bigger pattern than I usually wear but I think it works!!

I would recommend this pattern and I am working on a top version now.
