Sedona shirt and shirtdress

First of all this pattern has so many option ! Five different lengths (from shirt to maxi dress and everything in between), cup sizes, sleeve options, pocket options, collar, optional fitting darts…Its a classic shirt pattern with a lined back yoke and a rather nice concealed button placket down the front which is beautifully explained if you’ve never done one before. On the long sleeved version the cuff is again finished with a clear explanation of how to achieve a decent tower placket. This is not an ‘easy’ make due to the amount of detail in the pattern, and the varying seam allowances which change at nearly every step but everything is well illustrated and explained, and the seam allowance for each section is announced at the beginning of each section. If you only ever buy one shirt pattern get this one. Its so versatile and the classic construction methods will stand you in good stead for any future projects.
