Scuba Oliver Jumper

The Oliver jumper, from Seamwork, is a simple boxy jumper with gorgeous lantern sleeves (with a size range of US 0/UK6 to US 26/UK30).  The sleeves is what really attracted me to this pattern, as I had not really seen this type of sleeve before.

The pattern was really easy to construct – taking about half a day!! In my eyes this is a total win as sewing time is very precious.

I made a size US10, and had to take a 1cm wedge out of the centre front neckline to reduce gaping, but other than this I made no alterations which I liked! (So a really nice simple process and acted as a nice stress reliever).

I would definitely recommend this pattern to everyone. It also can be styled in so many ways (with jeans, skirts, shirts underneath, over dresses) so its going to make a great staple item in my wardrobe. I’m already planning a patterned version and a longer version too!
