Roscoe Dress – True Bias

I am in love with this dress! It’s great for beginners – no fitting, no closures and no sleeves to set in. It does feature a lot of gathering though so, gather haters, be warned. It’s designed to be loose and I fell into the size 4 bracket, but decided to size one down and make the 2 instead. It was a good call. I think the size 4 might have swamped my frame. I shortened the hem by 2 inches but other than that it’s exactly as it came out of the packet. Great instructions are expected from True Bias and this is no exception. I’m really pleased with my Roscoe.
