This is a really great pattern that’s super comfortable and flattering, and isn’t too difficult to make. It’s a really nice relaxed fit, and so works well with nice drapey fabrics – I made two in viscose. I cut a size 10, and didn’t need to make any adjustments apart from taking up the hem by 3 or 4 inches. The construction is pretty easy, with one or two tricky bits – particularly the collar. I found that it was just too wide to fit into the neckline, and that matching the notches was almost impossible, after a lot of easing it in I did get there eventually but give yourself plenty of time (and pins!). I used a 3mm length of cord for the drawstring waist, but think it’s a bit too thin so would recommend going with something about 4-6mm in diameter – and also make sure that the button hole you sew for the waistband cord isn’t bigger than your channel!
