Olive skirt – Dhurata Davies Patterns

This is a really super pattern. The skirt was straightforward to make with excellent instructions. The style is very comfortable to wear with a nod to the current trend for ruffles whilst cleverly not creating too much bulk over the tummy/hip area. I used a nice soft viscose from Sew Me Sunshine which feels lovely against the skin and was not too challenging to sew. I made a size 14 without alterations. It was great to find a pattern which I don’t have to lengthen (5’ 10” tall) – as you can see it’s ankle length on me.  Thoroughly recommended!
