oh wow…. possibly the holy grail..

I’ll be honest, I was a bit gutted when I realised I only had rigid denim and so couldn’t sew the MN Ash jeans that I had been planning.. but I think that was quite a turn of fabric fate as I was led to the Halfmoon 101 jeans.

I had seen these when Meghan launched the pattern so hopped straight to this pattern and I am so glad I did. It is such a lovely classic style, and a break for me from my skinny jean staples. I did make a fair few adjustments which I detailed on my blog post here

Halfmoon Atelier Jeans Make

This was my first foray into jeans making and the pattern and instructions made it all feel so manageable – just like a lesson!

I’ve made two pairs of these now and I know there will be more. Great job Halfmoon Atelier 🙂
