My favorite jumpsuit

This is my most worn make (I wear it weekly) and favorite jumpsuit pattern. I fell in love with the cover image and also sewed my sirocco up in an organic black interlock knit. I made a size 38, but graded to a 40 at the waist (my measurements are 35/28/37). I also took 1/2″ off the rise as I am 5’2″.

The pattern came together in just a couple of hours, was well constructed, and a very easy make. I had read reviews about the waist belt being a little wonky, but I did not notice that on mine and had no issues with pattern construction. It slips off and on easily and I found that the wrap top sits nicely (compared to other wrap tops that tend to fall open). I do, however, usually wear a camisole underneath as it is a low cut. My sirocco gets so much wear, I will definitely be sewing another one!
