Lovely, classic design

I’ll start by saying that this pattern is really well drafted and comes together really easily. I was pleased with the details in instructions and the construction was well thought through.

The only problem I had with this pattern is sizing. This is very much normal for commercial patterns and I did check finished measurements for that particular reason yet I ended up taking it in by 1cm at each side seam and 0.5cm at the centre back. The rise at the front needs tinkering but this is somewhat less of an issue because this type of adjustments, in my opinion, are to be expected on fitted trouser pattern.

I love the style though and I will definitely give it another go but if you’re considering making it, my recommendation would be to size down.
