I cannot express enough how great this pattern is from The Grainline Studio.
Everybody of all abilities must have this pattern and if you are reading this as a complete newbie – I promise it’s really not too far out of your comfort zone!
The Linden Sweatshirt is an absolute wardrobe staple and you will want to sew it again and again. Version A is a long sleeve sweatshirt with cuffs and a hem band (made in either same fabric or ribbing). Version B is a short sleeve with slightly curved hem option.
I cut out version A in a straight size 0 which is pretty much my body measurements; as it’s quite loose fitting I didn’t think it would matter too much if the sizing wasn’t bang on. I also fitted this size into 1.4 metres of a wide width fabric, and if using ribbing, you could fit it into even less.
