Lennox boiler suit in denim

I’ve just recently discovered the fabulous pattern company Homer + Howells, and this is my second make from their patterns. I chose a heavier fabric than called for, but that didn’t cause any trouble at all. The pattern is beautifully drafted and the instructions are easy to follow. I made view A with the inclusion of the elasticated waist in the back by view B.

What I like the most is the closure, a mix of zipper at the bottom and buttons at the top. This makes it lie flat where it is supposed to be, and it feels very professional.

I made no alterations because the pattern block they use is almost perfect for my body type. If anything, I’d remove a little from the length in the bodice, but it’s not bothering me at all.

This pattern is highly recommended, it is fabulous as it is and it has great hacking potential, too.
