Kielo Wrap Dress

I have loved this dress for a while but unsure to try it myself. When I saw a friend wearing hers and saw how the wrap worked I knew I needed to try it.
I wanted to make a plain version to not distract from the beautiful wrap feature so I used this comfortable grey jersey.
The pattern uses a lot of fabric so I cropped it to the knee to help keep the overall cost down. To do that I measured from my waist down to my knee and then folded the pattern at this point.
The finish of the neckline and armholes asks for bias binding but I added a narrow neckband and folded over the arm holes and stitched down.
I have had so many lovely comments about this dress and now I’m thinking of making one in a patterned fabric.
