Just what I wanted

This was my first attempt at an actual shirt. I learnt so many new techniques. The pattern assumes some prior knowledge, and some of the illustrations are a little vague, but with a bit of googling I managed it. I’m really pleased with the finished article. I’m usually a size 14 with a 40″ bust. I made a medium, but gave myself an extra inch by making the button bands slightly narrower. I’ve had lots of lovely comments and I feel great in it.
