Hope to make again and again!

I saw so many gorgeous Indigo projects on Instagram so I was really tempted to try the pattern for myself, but I just wasn’t sure if I could pull it off. Any time I attempt a pattern that isn’t fitted at the waist I’m not happy with it, but I really love the Indigo! It’s so comfy and floaty and I can just imagine it looking amazing in so many fabrics. I’m pretty tall (5’9″/172cm) so I lengthened the bodice by about 5/8″ and the skirt by 3″.

The back is a touch tight on me but I think that’s because I have winged shoulder blades and they pull against the fabric. I also made mine with a centre-back zipper so it’d be easier to get on over my head.
