Hinterland Dress review

A review of Sew Liberated Hinterland Dress

Reviewed by thefairstitch on 28th October, 2018

I made this dress for the #hinterlandsewoff that’s happening on Instagram right now, it runs until the 22nd of October 2018. I made mine in linen-cotton fabric from Fabric Godmother (UK) in olive green.
I find the pattern to be very easy to follow, and I think it’d be suitable for beginners too. There’s just enough challenge to keep it interesting while providing a safety net for the bodice is not form fitting, so plenty of wiggle room there.
I love how versatile this pattern is, not only that it offers at least five different versions, but I think it is also versatile when it comes to hacking options and wearability (is that a word?) I can imagine myself wearing this dress I made in colder as well as warmer months.
I published a more detailed review of this pattern on my blog if you’d like to check it out.
