Freya top

As an advanced beginner (with more confidence than skill) I was really scared of sewing with stretch fabrics but I’m so glad I got this book and gave it a go because I think I now prefer it to sewing with woven fabrics. I don’t have an overlocker but still managed to get really nice looking pieces done in a really short amount of time! So far I’ve made a Frankie top with velvet sleeves, a Freya top and a Freya dress. All of the patterns are so cute and the ones I haven’t sewn yet are on my list. I’d definitely recommend this to anyone who hasn’t sewn with knits before or anyone who wants a book full of patterns for some awesome wardrobe staples. 🙂
