Fifi – Tilly & the Buttons

I’m still not sold on this pattern – mostly because the fit of the top was so bad on me. That’s a little frustrating since most people seem to have no problem with it. But for me (34″ bust) the finished bust size is huge. So big that my boobs would pop out when I slept. And they are not big (see above) so that is quite a feat! I did the small bust adjustment and still had to take it in along the sides about an inch, tapering to the level of the underbust. The shorts are pretty good as is though I would prefer a waistband casing. I don’t know, not feeling the Tilly love I guess. I’ll try to post a photo. It is wearable now that I’ve taken the sides in. And I love the fabric (fabric.com/buy/0472346/heather-ross-sleeping-porch-lawn-snails-peach). It will be great for the summer.
