Elegant, yet unfussy dress!

This was a very simple sew. The instructions are very straight forward. I overlapped the bottom of the bodice and topstitched to raise the neckline about 2 inches and added a few covered buttons for visual interest. I removed 3” from the maxi length to make walking easy. I sewed a large based on my measurements but did need to remove some extra width In the waist.
The sleeves are so great and the waist tie is a nice/necessary feature. I love the end result of this dress. I feel very relaxed in this style, it isn’t fussy, but I also feel very elegant. I’m excited to make another.
