Dyed and lined

A review of Papercut Patterns Luna Jacket

A satisfying enjoyable sew. I made view A… made size S even though I measured as M. In a drapier fabric I might go for the bigger size. The instructions were straightforward. After cutting out I decided I would line it so went ahead and cut the lining. The lining is for a different view and the front piece is not the right size for this view… but I made it work. I absolutely love it and can’t wait for Edinburgh to warm up so I can wear it. The fabric is from a swap, a heavy thick cotton with a fairly loose weave. It was bright blue and white but I died it with DylonMossGreen and love how it turned out. Lined in cotton poplin. Not sure about the double ties at the sides… when you tie it you have a dangling spare ribbon at both sides… although I like that when it’s open.
