Beignet

I used a teal polyester suiting with a linen looking print for my Beignet. I made a muslin and it actually seemed to fit me right out of the envelope! This is unheard of for me – my waist is 38″ and my hip is 48″. I fully lined this with bemberg rayon on matching teal color, and it’s the most professional looking thing I’ve made on the inside. I love the overall finish, and I love the style. I know there will be many more versions of this skirt in my future!
