Back to the 70s

The Vali Dress and Top is a 70s style smock dress with the most fantastic sleeves.  After reading the size guide I cut a straight size 12, I usually have to grade between sizes but the only really fitted section is around the bust area and I found the size good.  The instructions are fairly clear but there are some small seam allowances around the neck line which could prove tricky with fine or fraying fabric, other than that it goes together well and I am already planning the dress version.  I have written more details over on my blog: https://jennylovestosew.wordpress.com/2021/07/28/vali-blouse-all-about-the-sleeves/
